I don't hate the Wings, I just don't want them to win. Any hockey fan that does not appreciate the way the Wings play is not a fan of hockey just a fan of a team.

I guess my comment on the Wings having more overall talent and depth had something to it.... I may be wrong when I picked Detroit in 5, the Pens will be lucky to get a split in PA. No scoring + Average Goaltending = 4 Game Sweep....

Wings are very good defensively and not allowing the Pens any speed through the middle. They also had the Pens running around in their own end, which I have not seen them do all playoffs.

It was also obvious the Pens were tentative in the Wings building, especially since most of the Pens players rarely played there if ever. I don't see the level of confidence I saw in the first 3 rounds.

With the Pens and their staff learning much from games 1 & 2, I expect a different game 3 & 4 in Pittsburgh where the Pens will have some home comfort.

yeah me too, the Joe is Intimidating (sp?) to say the least, tons of flags hanging from the rafters, We'll for sure see where this series is going in game 3

If My team wasnt in it Id be for the pens all day long but we get one in Pitt and its all over for sure, no one is gonna win 4 straight or even 3 straight against the wings, just wont happen and even Barry (winghater) Melrose said that. Dallas pulled out two in a row with tons of momentum and we went back to Dallas and made em look like chumps

Pens really showed up to play... I'd rather see them extend the series to 7 games, but I don't think it will go seven. Besides that, I hate baseball... After hockey season is done it sucks... until football season starts anyway

Bout time the Pens showed up, the Stewert flub cost us but It was nice to see a good game.

Sat we take it then bring it on home for game 5 and hoist the cup!
but last night the pens showed up so it could go to 7...never know

I dunno, but I really don't see the Wings getting beaten two games in row... The Pens played a really good game, that being said the Wings were only a goal away from OT. For a sub-par performance, they were still in the game until the end... Game four otta be a slugfest...

Not a Detroit fan, but the Wings have the edge in most important categories overall. Experience, depth, defense, and overall talent. Yes, the Pens have Sid, Malkin, and more speed, but let's see how they skate when they are playing in the Joe with Western Conference ref's. Totally different officiating, the West lets em play. The Eastern Conference refs suck!!! Goaltending is about even, Wings in 5....

I'm sticking to my guns, Wings get it done at the Joe. I guess at least there won't be a damn expansion team (like the last 3 years) as the Stanley Cup Champion...

The wings coaching has been superior. Malkin is playing major minutes and has yet to contribute anything except bad turnovers. Crosby should be playing 25 minutes a game, nothing to save him for.

I thought the Wings were not a physical team so I never watched them during the regular season, this series they have proved me wrong.
