Wire harness replacement

Would it be worth the time and money to replace the whole wire harness?
I have a 1983 Regal 3.8 N/A
4 BB Q-jet/intake

Replaced the Alt 3 times and it is still putting out 9 to 11 AMPS.

Battery got replaced 2 times.

What is next?
Sharging system cant be that difficult.

Did you check your fusible links?

Also check your wiring connections, they maybe dirty.
