Alt question

I have a wire witha 30amp inline fuse, does this one go to the alt? and is there one that goes from the alt to the batt. I should of labled more wires, but i didnt think it would take this long

depends what that wire with the inline fuse is for.
and, yes, there should be a large wire that goes from the alternator to the battery. it should be about the same size as the main battery cable that runs down to the starter.

the wire goes to a relay on the drivers side fender, beats the hell out of me where it goes from there

Mostly likely it is the feed wire for the relay for a fuel pump hot wire kit.

X2 Just take a peek where the wire goes. Should come out at the fuel pump.
