alternator getting hot

Just wondering if tensioner might be bad or wiring. It gets pretty hot soon. I went ahead and changed it, still hot.

bad wire to battery?or bad ground to motor from battery?

All wires new, new ground kit extra grounds to frame, new hot wire kit. It seems to get hot
