Alternator wire bracket with girdle

Made my own bracket for the charging wire that runs under the crank pulley and oil pan. The girdle lowers the pan and makes impossible to use the factory bracket.

Looks good, mine is just zip tied to something right now:eek: . I think I'm gonna re-route it to the core support, and maybe make it a larger gage wire.
 
HMMMM,never thought about running a larger gauge wire:rolleyes: Gonna be digging into the rear main seal next week,think I'll add that to the to-do list.Great looking piece BTW,may want to look into knocking a few out for people who are running into the same issue you had.
 
I ran 4 gauge on my charge wire to the alternator............:eek:
