battery or alternator?? have a duralast gold batt, checkout good, guy at autozone said my alt was low(a bit) but anyway when i turn on the car for 1st time(lets say at night) when i hit the lights they flicker. What is that?? and when i go inte Reverse it almost wants to die ??? sometimes, but anyway i put new belts, n stuff what could it be?? any help?? sure its simple but just want to fix it fast so, i know where to come HERE

The first thing I would do is clean both battery cables as well as the grounds on the fender. Retest the battery and alt with a volt meter. Good luck- Brad

About those grounds on the fender, can i use that ground kit?? or is it just for the 86/87?? Well ever since i put in my new radio, electric fan(off a XR7 18'' 4500cfm type) its on low but ever time i try to go higher it blows the fuse. I think its the 320watt radio but IDK. That 2, i forget which one but its a 20 fuse and i put in a 30. A 20 or 25 blows everytime i put that it, So now i got interior lights, fan works, open door noise etc with a 30, but my lights filcker IDK to much draw maybe??? again this car was park outside since 91 i bought it from my brother back in 04-05?? n trying to get this thing going, all i have left really are front windshield, n new carpet, body n paint n she is good, along with other little GOODIES!!!! But if not i was thinking about getting a powermaster??? any feedback on these?? the 100amp looks ok i think factory is 94?? i think, or should the 120 or even the 140 be the better investment in the long run??? Thanks
