Aluminum Intercooler Piping

I am in the process of building new intercooler pipes. I installed the Ram Chargers dual fan and the plumbing no longer fits. I have an old style ATR front mount with 2.25 inlet and outlet. I found 3 inch 90 degree cast aluminum elbows for the intercooler, but am trying to find 3 inch Mandrel bent thin wall aluminum bends to make new pipes. Does any one have any input for finding some at a reasonable cost. I found some through burns stainless but they are very expensive.
