I can't see a reason why anyone would back out of buying this car, unless they couldn't buy it in the first place.

This was a slightly different case, actually at no fault of the buyer. It was all about the "timing" that would satisfy the buyers intentions to pickup the car on a previously planned date. However, the bank was going to put a hold on the check and the buyer did not have 4 to 5 days to wait for funds to clear because it would change all of his original plans.

Oh well, this just gave someone else an opportunity and even a better deal that includes a trailer and possible transport.
