Does anyone have a an fitting tool to put the line and fitting together for -6 and -8 lines. That I could borrow over the weekend.

I have the aluminum vise jaws, that is all I used. I never used those click on, tapered "guides" if that is what you are talking about. Those do look like a nice way to do it. As long as you make a nice clean cut, the hose ends aren't too bad. You are free to use the aluminum vise jaws if you want them.

Cut the line w/ a cut off wheel on a die grinder. Tape the location for the cut w/ electrical tape, whack it off.
No Koul tools..... push the strands that may be out of the collar in w/ a small screw driver.
Earls and all other mfgrs have detailed how to. [We use all Fragola's products].

Once you get the braided line in position in the fitting, put a reference mark just behind the fitting on the line so that you can see if it pulls out as you start to tighten the fitting.

Okay thanks for all of the tips and tricks guys. Will put up pic of the new transmission line and fuel line upgrade soon
