Another Cold Air Intake Question

I see a lot of guys recommend Tinman, but Big Mouth seems to have the advantage of getting colder air, and it's less expensive. But I haven't seen any posts explain what the advantage to Tinman is. I plan on a LS1 MAF and a translator also.

Tinman has been around for a long time. Maybe that is why it is seen more.

The TinMan cold air intake is very similar to Marks' Big Mouth....both of them appear to draw in cold air from the same place (wheel well).
I have one of the Tin Man's on my car & am extremely happy with it. I bought it after meeting Al Tylkowski (the Tin Man himself) one year down in Bolwing Green at the Nationals..............IMHO it's 6 of one / half a dozen of the other.

hello people; IMO they both do the job as well so it's up to you. I've seen no testing if that could be done but I like the TM. Every thing else is a copy.

I have one of Mark's Big Mouth in chrome, Tinman never offered it in chrome.
