I currently have a PT67 with a 4 inch in and a 3 inch out on the the compressor side. I also have a LE 76 Q trim with a 4in in and a 2.5 out. Are these housing interchangable? I really like my 3 inch out. Thanks!

Nope.
Each compressor cover is machined specifically to the contour of the compressor wheel. The cover on your 67mm inducer turbo would hit and not bolt up on the 76mm inducer turbo.
The cover would have to be cut to match your 76mm compressor wheel. Also, I do not believe a PTE H cover that's cut for a 76mm wheel, will bolt up to a LE 76 Q trim due to differences in backing plates and wheels.
The only option I see would be to call PTE direct and talk to Jim. They should be able to converter your LE 76 GTQ over to accept a PTE H cover. Jim is the man with the answer.
