Its using a precision exhaust housing. That doesn't mean its a Precision Turbo unit. You need to post pictures and measurements of the wheels if possible.

It just states the size of that housing. That housing can be used to fit many wheels from say a 58mm well into the 60mm range. Then you hhave the same issue on the turbine side. Multiple wheels can be coupleed with Precision housings. Remove the Turbo outlet hose and see if someone scratched the model into the outlet. Like "te44" or 6131.
