ANS chip question

I got a chip from a friend, says it for stock injectors.
On the back of the chip it says ANS Stage 4D.
Anyone know the specs for this chip?
I emailed ANS but go no reply.

I had the same chip in my car. i called them and the guy told me it was a street chip set at
20 degrees of timing. and it was old technolgy and there are better chips out there. i bought
a thrasher 92 and 100 and like them.
