Losing Patience FAST !!!
I don't want to drag sensitive info out into the public about anyone, but after repeated messages & NO reply, I am losing patience FAST!
If anyone is close by, PLEASE stop in & get Pete to call me ASAP.
At some point (very soon) I feel it would be best to state some FACTS and let other vendors / customers make decisions for themselves so others don't go thru what we are going thru.
Pete is a great guy & has a great shop, and like me & others, don't have enough people helping to get everything done & attended to. Last I heard from Pete he was changing some employees and other things to make things better, which obviously makes him hard to reach. Running a business is tough enough when things are going smooth, let alone when there are ripples in the road
PS- I don't have time & am not in the habit of checking TB.com PM's, so PLEASE e-mail me if any other Vendor needs to contact me regarding this issue.

Well, I am kinda stuck. I don't know Pete from Adam. If he is a good guy and going through some trouble i don't want to do anything to hurt his business. On the other hand I feel i have a moral obligation to inform future potential vendors and customers that deal with him.

Just talked to Pete after faxing him. All seems to be back on track as I hoped & figured it would be. As I said above, Pete is a great guy & does great work. Sounds like he has a good helper/employee now & things are looking better. I believe he worked any issue out with RJC as well. Just like I do sometimes, he got so busy & burried with everything, can't get back to everyone like we need to or would like to.
