Can someone tell me is there a gasket or grommet or something that is suppose to go under the collar on my fixed antenna on my 87-t? It moves a little back and forth but appears to be tight,I tried to tighten the piece that goes directly under the antenna stick itself and cant get no more wich kind of leads me to believe there is a grommet or something missing.Im in the process of installing gnx vents so i now have easy access to the bottom any help would be great thanks in advance,Eric
