any good inexpensive shipping companies?

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good cheap shipping companies. I saw the one web page that lists a few that arent very good buit wondering about your personal experiences with some of the lower bidders. This may even help others If we could compile a list of pros and cons with companies you have used
