Any Homes for rent in the San Diego Area?

I'm in the preperation phase on my move back to CA. I plan on arriving there around 6 Dec 2009. I'm just wondering if anyone knew of any detached single family homes for rent. Some of the important things I will be looking for are listed below. Looking to spend upwards of $1900 a month for rent. I will be driving there around 4 November to shop around, and get a place locked on for the big move.

Looking for the Following:

1. Good Location/Nice Area
2. GOOD SCHOOLS!
3. 5-20 minutes commute to MCAS Mirimar, mabe a bit further. Poway Area, Mission Valley, ect
4. Detached single family home, 3 Bed room a plus. up to $1900 a month.
5. Home available 1 Dec for move in.
6. See 1 and 2, most important:smile:

I live in Mira Mesa so you'd be about 5-10 minutes away from Miramar....the house across the street from me is up for rent. The old tenants moved out about three weeks ago and the landlord has been fixing it up getting it ready. I'm pretty sure it's at least a three bdrm but not sure. I can get the number if you like and you can get more details.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing.:wink: The neighbors would hate us for sure.

Well I stopped by there after work today and the For Rent sign is gone...so I assume it's been rented out already. What timing huh? No one was there or else I would've asked, sorry. My wife said it was a 4 bdrm.

LOL. Thanks anyhow, and please do let me know if anything else pops up. I'll be trailering my Buick there on 5 November. Hopefully I'll have it back up and running by then. I currently have the engine out replacing a piston that got cracked during my last outing:redface: If it's running, we will have to hit up In-n-Out or Wings-n-Things like sd-slider suggested

It appears that house I mentioned earlier is back up for rent. The rent sign is back up. Owner wasn't around but the sign said its a 4 bdrm with central heat and air, and washer and dryer. $2190/month. If you're still interested his cell number is 858-248-6467.

Thanks for the heads up man. I'm really looking for something in the area of $1900 a month. Guess I'll have to pass on this one. I also found a few on craigslist, I'll be checking those out when I get there. Thanks again.
