I know the answer to this question.....do I win anything?
Actually this was one of the very first shirts done featuring the Grand Nationals way way back in the beginning. The gu behind it was kinda local to me think he lived near Lancaster and I saw them at one of the major Carlisle events he was a shir vendor not a Buick person.
So, I made him a deal can't member what year without looking in our old catalogs and we bought them from him and sold them by mail order....at some point I can;'t member what he either retired or something and we could no longer get them....they where his design.
its ashame but here is what has happened to the Turbo Buick shirt market. It has virtually dried up except for oens you see on ebay that are done minus that important GM license. The few that were GM licensed have stopped because it was too costly based on sales.
All the designs we had done over the years I can't find any company to pick them up again.
We just now finally hooked up with fendergrippers which is one of just 2 fender cover comp
anies in the USA licensed ot make GM fender covers...these are the good ones made in the USA and non slip. We just did Buick Motorsports and Hurst Equipped since I hold license deal with Hurst on that one. Its slow but more wil be coming.
I also have an exclusive deal with a banner company again fully GM licensed that is licensed by GM and Ford. Again using my designs I hold an exclusive deal with them also which includes some Corvette ones and doing Olds and others.
the key is finding a major company already GM licensed that will work with you if you have the layouts....
Embroidered shirts are available and are GM licensed but I have yet to find a t shirt company licensed by GM....
Its tough....
