Ok, well the plugs are replaced and that helped alot, when I was testing the resistance for the plug wires I accidentally broke a wire, and well that was the end of that. I replaced the wires and the car runs great, but it still has a slight miss on the low RPM when I come off idle. Any ideas? The coil came out ok from the resistance test (hot and cold). I also know the chip type and specs it is....

Fuel psi is set at 42 lbs (according to my crappy fuel rail gauge)

Great thanks for the info. I will check these items out. I know that my IAC is new, still have the box/old one. I'm not even sure there was a problem with the old IAC but the old owner replaced it anyways.

Check for vac leaks using spray method and look for rpm rise.Check those TB shaft seals for leaks also.
