I know many used an after market muffler system, but if I want to maintain the stock car with little upgraded (injectors, adj. fp, hot-wire kit) added, can I replace just the muffler with this type?
Has anyone use this type of muffler?

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the info, and what would be a good sound, no drone, average price, replacement muffler for it's original location?

Hi Kevin, I forgot to ask you is it possible that losing it's baffles on the first summer was a defective muffler, and then you get a replacement for the damage one?

I think they are just a cheap muffler,if you don't run a cat you will notice more moisture in the exhaust and I think they just rust at the welds or crimps.Go with a Hooker cat back if money is a concern or get a stainless one from Mark Huffman or for a more stock look RJC.

I guess I have to wait until more funds are available since I like the look and sound of the RJC http://rjcracing.com/product/exhaust-systems-2/
I did wanted to keep the stock look since the car is mostly stock, but according to other members claimed the original set up had restrictive flow.
Thanks again
