Anybody here put up steel buildings?

We need to put up another warehouse and was just curious what the going rate in your area is per sq foot.

Metal Building, steel frame, insulation, concrete etc. Keep in mind this will be warehouse space with a shipping and receiving area as well as 3 additional offices. Maybe 10-15000 sq ft.

I am sure I forgot something, ask away and I will respond.

Thanks , just starting to look. We are looking at Morton, Cleary, and ??? 1 of our warehouses is 17,000 sq ft and needs a new roof. (Its a flat tar roof) and they quoted us 85K to replace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think we need a 2nd opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!

We do roofing /water proofing flat, and metal roofs. Do you know what type is on there now?

Do you know if they are going to have to tear off the old roof?
