Anybody know the part number for the small vertical rubber front bumper strips?

If anybody can find this for me, it'd be much appreciated! You know, the guards on either side of the license plate? Bought some used nice bumper guards, but they are minus the rubber pieces... thanks!

Speaking of bumper guards, has anyone eliminated these on their car and what about the hole left from the bolts? Was thinking about putting a painted black bumper bolt there,
