Anybody know what this light is for?

I was under the dash of my car and saw this red light mounted under there. I was on my way out of town for a few weeks and didn't have time to trace it down. Can anyone identify it? It doesn't look stock to me.

Definately not stock trace the wires and see where they go almost looks like an old alarm warning light to me.

Line locks

Might be a line lock light

Thanks. The car does have a line lock. That's probably it. I will trace it down when I get home in a few weeks.
