anyone have a g-body olds?

I noticed on some of the cutlass's (cutlassi?) the turn signal on the bumper is a white color. Maybe its just the brogham. anyway I was wondering if they are the same exact size as a regal's lamp and swapable.

No, but you can get clear lenses from a 1981/83 Regal.
