I've seen that commercial before and I'm pretty sure that is Rick Elam's car... He actually goes by the user name "WHITE T" on here (if I'm not mistaken) and his car was also featured in and on the cover of GMHTP magazine a while back with Heath Elmer's car... Rick works for Baer Brake Systems so there might even be some pics of his car on their website www.baerracing.com
