anyone know about/have a Lo-Jack????

I'm sick of reading about GNs being stolen! I want a Lo-Jack, but I have no idea what they cost/if they are effective...anyone have opinions/info on them?

I know very little about them but I "think" they are around $500-600 installed.

If well hidden they should work okay.

Not sure if they work well underground or in metal buildings. Worth checking out.

i have 3 of them in my commercial trailers and 6 additional on my riding mowers. i paid $500 a unit for the trailers and $350 for the mowers. the batteries in the mowers never need to be changed, if they go bad they replace them. the trailer units have to be done once a year at a charge.. whats bad about it is, you or i cant do it.. when your unit is installed they dont tell you were it's located ( oh they are small w checked and couldn't find it. ) so they kind of tie your hands when it comes to repairs. i decided to get our unites after my cousin lost 3 cat loaders and an ingersoll rand compressor.. this was all done with in a week.

one small think i found out about it is that you car is only covered for 3 years then you have to renew it..

you are suppose to bring it back every other year to have the battery checked from what I can remember....an ya they do charge ya!!!
