Anyone run 2.5 Dynomax magnums with their hooker system

Anyone use these with the hooker system?? ive heard they sound great. are they a direct fit??

I don't have the hooker system, but I have them on Full Throttle's 2¾" system and the are the 3" welded ultraflow race magnums and they sound awesome!! Nice low and deep rumble but not loud, just right. To me they are the best that I've heard on a TR. HTH

thanks donnie! thats what im looking for, that deep muscle car sound, its definately the only thing i miss about my 5.0 im still wondering if anyone has them on a hooker system, i want to make sure they bolt right up

Dynomax Mufflers

I had the hooker system on my car originally and replaced the supercomps. w/ the Dynomax mufflers. They bolt right up just make sure you get the correct offset when purchasing them. I believe the inlet is offset and outlet is center but I would double check. They work nice but to quiet for my liking. Good Luck!

i was referring to the race magnums, the straight throuhg ones, there is no offset.

i would have agree with this statment as well i have that them on my car for 4 years, and love them i have the exact same set up on my car and nothign sounds better!

summit says the hooker muffs are 14" and the dyno's are 12" WOuld they bolt up, does it matter that they are not offset?

They are offset in / center out and they are straight through design, you can look right through them. They are 14" long too.

Eventhough there is an offset, it is only slight. The path is slightly angled from the offset to the center out.

Turbo 6, did you use the bullet style or the offset style(same as hooker aerochambers?)

offset welded race magnum. turned out quieter than the areochambers.

They are the same muffler just a different shape casing.

you need to have offset muffs with the hooker system. I have the welded race magnums with my Hooker. Like the sound..
