First I've seen this mentioned. Altho, at my age, I rarely remember what was for dinner last nite!
From a search about converters. A S Korea company's testing. No pics were incuded.
"The slotted reactor blade can increase the input capacity factor more than 15% compared to the value of the reference blade. Therefore, the slotted reactor blade can be used for enhancing the performance of the torque converter. The numerical results showed that the slot reduced the flow separation and retarded the location of the flow separation to the downstream of the slot".

All you need is a Dynaflow "switch pitch converter" and a Driver.
And for the haters Kenne-Bell made some great parts back in the day for Buicks..... even ours.

I picked up a switch pitch convertor for another member years ago, but I don't think he ever did anything with it. Anyone wanna school me about the build and how they work etc. And I don't remember what vehicle/engine combo it came out of.

A neighbor had a "fast" 55 Buick Century I believe. The sw pitch made it a quick leaver!
