Are other 200r4's similar except for the valve body (v6 rwd)? If so can you buy a separate valve body to replace and have a bfg 200r4?

The short answer is you'll need a valve body, governor, PR line-up and servo in the very least. This is a frequently discussed issue so if you do a search, you'll find an number of threads covering this.
