I just had my 14 bolt gn1's ported :

intake: 100 67
200 135
300 192
400 227
500 246
600 251

exaust: 100 65
200 135
300 175
400 192
500 201
600 210

Are these good numbers? I have never seen a buick v-6 head flowed.

I think the out of the box GN-1's flow 236 intake at .500" and 174 on the exhaust at .500". Kevins has the numbers and I will see if I can dig them up.

Box stock GN-1 flow # @ 28 in. H2O

According to GM High Tech 1998, flowed by B&B performance machine, airflow @ 28 in. H2O
INT. EXH.
.100- 68.3 56.2
.200- 135.5 119.9
.300- 190.1 148.3
.400- 212.9 168.5
.500- 217.8 180.3
.600- 219.5 186.2

Supposed to out flow any iron head out of the box. ;)
Saves 38# total wieght
Watch out for pushrod length! I just intalled the heads/ billet cam kit, and the pushrods in the kit were too short! 8.350 pushrods did it for me:D

If you don't mind me asking what did he charge for the port work? I tried to see if I could get interest to have a CNC program set up by a guy a work with to do them but got no replies.

These were the "full race" port job that tom did. Im not sure what he charged because i never saw the bill.

It must be a good job. he had to put a sleeve for the center 2 bolt holes. :)

as for kevins " out of the box" eecono-ported ( from site) he got some nice numbers out of them.
