Are these T-Type wheels?

I bought these rims about 5 years ago from a guy who had them just laying around. They looked like T rims so I bought them.
What do you guys think? They have a rough cast between the outer fins. There isn't any GM markings on them that I can see. They seem to be 15x7.
Can anyone hazzard a guess? They're for sale, no shipping tho. I'm in NJ 07719.

Doubtful, I don't see how the T/T-Type center cap would attach without the flange for it.

look like 84-85 gn wheels

Those 84-85 GN wheels use the same center cap.
