Hey guys,

Does anyone know if ARP makes an engine bolt kit, or if anyone has the correct sizes/part numbers to create a kit. I'm building my engine and want to replace most if not all the bolts ie. oil pan, intake, timing cover, etc. Thanks for your input in advanced.

Something like this?

I've looked for years for a kit and nobody makes one with everything that I want so I had to procure a CHITLOAD of fasteners and washers to get this far.

No ARP does not have a full engine kit for the GNs. I have put some together in the past, but it's not the same a stock. You loose some of the studs and price can vary greatly depending on how the kit is put together. Zinc Vs Stainless Vs ??

Hope this helps you.

I know RJC has put together an ARP bolt kit for the timing cover and water pump....thats what I have. They also have an intake manifold bolt set using ARP hardware.

And I thought I remember seeing some bolt kits from TA Performance's catalog awhile back.

For future searches:
Water pump pulley bolts: 5/16-24 1/2"
Crank pulley bolts : 5/16-18 1"

Check this out!
I just ordered the 202 piece kit for 49 bucks shipped to me.
It includes pretty much every single bolt except the main accessory bolts like the bracket,ac and ps.

Hardened wasn't my first thought. The VC bolts look too short and the FP bolts look too long. I don't think it's as specific as stated - unless it's a generic photo. I'd like to know.

I received the bolts today and will start tomorrow on getting my motor together.I'll let everyone know how it goes. The kit looks pretty complete as far as I can tell.

Thanks for all the input guys, I think I'm going with the TA Performance set. If not those I'll order the ARP bolts individually I guess. I'm going to call TA to find out more.
