Art Carr 9" NL Converter

Used 16930 Art Carr 9" Non-lockup torque converter. Converter has been loosened and should stall in the 3600~ 3800 range in a 10 second GN. Convertor is fresh and hasn't been ran since the re-stall (I switched to a 400 trans).
