art carr trans pan ?

just installed pan with 700r4 filter. fit was real tuff ,had to move back and forth for it to finally get flush. mounts were comepletely shaved down.

i am concerned because i feal filter is to low (basically jamed to the bottom of pan) to the bottom of the pan.

will this have enough room to suck trans fluid ?

i did not move spring clip,is this a problem ?
