Art Carr Performance Products is out of Abiline, TX. BUT, The name Art Carr was bought from the original a few years back and is now operating under the name CPT (California Performance Transmission) Who We Are. I'm currently running a 9" CPT 3500 converter and it has been bullet proof for the last 4 years. I've heard a few negatives about the new Art Carr place. Never bought a converter from them though.
