I once did an online order and then went to stadium mall to pick-up the part. I give invoice to the guy and he goes in the back to get it. While he is looking for my part, I see it on a shelf behind the register, when he gets back he tells me that they don't sell this part. I point it out and make him feel like the dumb ass that he is.
Lazy or blind
This brings back memories of last week. I called them and asked::
What's the difference between the $35 & $59 brake rotor?
"I THINK? the $59 rotor comes with the bearings & seals"
Do you have it in stock?
"Yes"
Can you check? (Goes and get the part to check?)
"Yes, The rotors has the bearings & seals."
Great, I order it online.
Go down to pick up. And guess what? Where's the bearings & seals?
"Oh, Sorry"
And their bearings are made in China.
