ATR 2.5" Stock Replacement Downpipe

I'm wanting an ATR 2.5" stock replacement downpipe: ATR part # DP101.

I'd prefer "new" or unused dp, but used dp is acceptable if :

the flange at turbo end is not warped and seals well.
the cat converter end is not crimped from using a muffler U-clamp.
