ATR blow off valve or wastegate???

My dad has an old school ATR FMIC on his car now that has either a blow off valve on a delta gate style wastegate mounted to the bottom of it. It has 2 barbed connections...one on the side and one on the bottom and a screw with a jam nut in the center top....what is it and how is it hooked up and adjusted???

That is a blow off valve. The screw is there to adjust the sensitivity.

Any idea of how much boost it will hold before blowing off?

You have to run a boost/vacuum source to the top "prong", adjust the screw. IMO, it doesn't work very good, I still hear turbo flutter on mine most of the time. Maybe it's not adjusted properly. So far it's held boost to 28#.
