ATR downpipe?

I never seen ATR make this 3" downpipe before? Kinda odd with the 4 mounting bolts for the DP?

That's an "off center" 4 bolt downpipe. ATR made those.

It fits a 4 bolt off center turbine housing. Tangentile is much popular. I always liked the 4 bolt housing personally.

Where is the wastegate hole?

There isnt one. The 4 bolt housing dont have provisions for integral gates. You have to use an external gate.
