ATR external wastegate???

Is there soposed to be a vacume line going from the turbo compressor to the brass barb on the side of the ATR external WG? TIA

The lower one, yes. The upper one, if it's there, is for a bleeder valve. May just have a mesh screen in the upper one. I get comments all the time about having vacuum lines unhooked.

There is a tapered barbed brass fitting on the lower portion of the WG facing the driver's side of the car. On the top there appears to be another hole with a screen or mesh type material in it...right next to it is the boost adjustment screw. I'm working on a bastard car that has been passed around from person to person that didn't have a clue about the LC2 motors. Now I'm cleaning/fixing all their screw ups...it only took a few years for the owner to get tired of getting ripped off for a car that doesn't run for crap. Thanks for the info.
