ATR Wastegate setup

I'm going to be running an ATR gate controlled by the MAFPRO. I'm looking for the best way to set the gate up to have the boost control. Should I increase the spring pressure or leave it weak? Not sure on what to do, and I'm not sure what spring is in there or how well the adjustable feature works.

for a baseline setting from ATR. Screwing it in or out any distance will render the unit FUBAR...
Also, if it's not had the "John Craig" mod, it'll likely not work well, or for very long...

Cool, thanks. It did have the John Craig mods not too long ago. Not really sure what goes on during that process, but I read it was the thing to do. I'll just leave the screw where it is.
