ats correction with new firmware

Is there a difference in the function of this feature (ats correction) with the latest firmware in relation to the first firmware version?

The early firmware versions did not use this table in speed/density mode. The speed/density calculation uses air temp anyways so it was left unused. It was made functional in later versions.

All systems use this table in Alpha-N mode regardless of firmware revision.

I think I understand. The new version uses the table as additional correction to the speed/density calculation where the original would not allow additional correction?
