For those of you having trouble viewing it, I was having the same problem. Until I upgraded my Codec's, below is a link to upgrade your codec's so you can view the video, Nelson.

mpgs don't stream.. Right click and pick save as.. then use wmp off local drive.

I downloaded the codec and nothing, tried Sully's link nothing. Am I stupid? Please help.

I got it finally. I had to uninstall the codec that I had just loaded. It works now. Nelson nice video! My ride looks good. I will have to try and load some track footage. I have an 11.33 run on video.
