My dealership warranty is going to expire this month on my 05 Caddy SRX. I am in the market of looking for a good company to continue my auto repair/warranty coverage. Does anyone have any experience with a good company that they can recommend? What kind of premium should I be expecting to pay for the extended warranty coverage.

Thank you.

A lot of customers that come to our Saturn dealer have National Auto Care. Dont have personal experiance with them. But they do seem to approve a lot of warrenty claims

We sell Guardian Warranties on our used cars. I've had them on three of my personal vehicles. Our mechanic shop accepts the warranty so it works out pretty good for me. We have tried probably about 10 different companies over the past 7 years of business and it is by far the best out of them.

Back at the trans shop I used to work at we had an "N.F.G." list posted in the office. You can guess what that meant. :) CARS was one on that list, but I don't remember the rest. Something about national auto services company was another. I think WYNNS has a good rep.

If I owned something with a northstar, I'd be looking for an aftermarket warranty also. Not bashing, but those things can rack up the dollars quick!

Thanks for the information. I will look into the companies that was mentioned. If anyone else has something to add I'm all ears!
