Autometer Tach Install

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and to Turbo Regals in general. I've owned my '87 GN for almost two months now. I was wondering if I could get some of you guy to post some pics of where you have mounted your Tach. I do not want to drill anything. Just wanted to see if there is a clean way of doing it, maybe with a bracket. I saw the one that looks like it goes into the cigarette lighter hole and I don't like that. I have a 2 5/8" Sport-Comp gauge. Also is just tapping into the green plug behind the alternator good enough or does it need a signal amplifier? Thank You

Go to GNS Performance and get the tach bracket. It's a superb piece.
Yes you can just put a 1/4 inch end on your wire and plug it into the green wire behind the alt. It works very well.
