Howdy all just wondering if this avatar would be size wise to use on this website. I sent it to the moderators didnt get a response yet

It's to big . The avatar has to be 64 x 64 pixels and yours is 133 x 100.

Damn any idea how to shrink it?

Open the picture in Photoshop or something similar and re-size it there.
