He must be surrounded by car guys. My neighbor complained that my car was loud. I never rev the car in the driveway or peel out in front of the house. 
But its fine to yell that Im a flipping asshole at 4 in the afternoon with kids around. He moved about 6 months ago. I gave him the double number one sign when he left.
