Has anyone installed a B&M Shift Plus kit? How did it turn out? Notice any difference in the shifts?

If your talkig aout the B&M Shift Plus which is for electronic shift tranies ie; 4L80E, 4L60E. Then yes I have, or if your talking the standard B&M TransPak shift kit I have done that also. Both are easy and with both you notice a differance. Let me know which your asking about for sure and if you'd like more detail. :D

I was talking about the one that improves shifts simply recalibrates the transmission's hydraulic system through the modulator circuit.

I see that you posted for a kit for the 4T60-E FWD tranny. I dont know of any shift inprover kits for them, but that doesnt mean that there isnt one. But how often does one improve a FWD tranny? Since the TCM or PCM controls Main line pressure, I would asume that you can change your shift feel buy a power programmer. Hypertech I think makes one, but I am not positive.

Maybe someone will chime in:)

People with Poncho GTP's ought to know.

I already have a chip that reprogramed my shift points, but I want an actual Shift Kit. I checked hypertech they dont make one for my car.

HEY my mom drives one of them!!! I took it to miami one weekend because my Rivi will burn a hole in my pocket on gas and the gearing really makes long trip cruising not so fun I also have a very loud exhaust and I heard that in miami they dont put up with that, I need no tickits, But anyway the park ave is a cruiser it acualy keeps up with my sisters GT Grand Prix V6 NON turbo which is surprising becuase the park ave is like twice the size car with the same engine size:D But as for shift improving well you might have to do what I did with my 325-4L, (take matters in your own hand) they dont make any kits worth a poop for my 325 so I did alot of research and with the help of guys in this forum I now have rock solid shifts, break tires from 1-2(FWD churp is sooo cool), down gear on a dim with a solid slam, and shift at the exact RPMs I want and all this was done with no kit but just raising the main line pressure and retrofitting springs, spacers, blocking accumulators and modifing the servo. Good Luck
