Well after losing in the 2nd round of TSM because I couldn't get my a$$ spooled up, I got back about 1:30 last night. Had a great time and was great to see everyone again. My hat goes off to Scott and Lonnie for putting on another great TSM event.

Even though I lost in the 2nd round to K. Egan, my car performed very well for me this week. I set new personal bests everyday except Sat. Hey I was able to go to an TSM event and actually participate rather than breaking.

I t was hot as hell there all week and most of my passes were made in 88º + temps with a mere 100% humidity. I think it cooled down to only 86º on Fri night.

Before this week my old best was 10.69. Wed I went 10.61@127.5 Then Thur I went 10.51 & 10.52 @ 128 or so. Then in TSM qualifying Fri night I went 10.42@129.7 with a pitiful 1.63 60' which put me in the #6 spot. Sat I went 10.49@129. In the end Car was still running good and I was able to drive it up on the trailer so it was a good week for me. 129.7 was new MPH best and I set a new MPH best of 105 in the 1/8th.

I have Dave England's 9.99 run on tape as well as everyone's TSM Qualifying attempt on Sat. I will post on net for everyone to see as soon as I find someone to loan me one of those VHS-C thingys so I can play this little tape in my VCR. (It was borrowed camera and all I have is the tape).

It was great seeing everyone and meeting new folks, Roy & Laz, Cal, Louie L, Dave England, Dave Bamford, Scott Simpson, Lonnie, Chuck Leeper, Kendall, John L., Brett Rudbeck, Vince J., Red, Big and Little Mike, and of course all the NC boys that made the treck. Sorry to those I forgot to mention.

Look forward to seeing everyone at the next event.

Thanks guys. I appreciate it.

Mike I would glad to help ya'll. Email me the files and I will look at them or let me know when and we can meet at track or someplace. I think I offered Mike W. before and he told me Cal was helping him but it sure is easier when you are right there with the car.
