Bad ECM?

My 86 Gn blew the ECM fuse & now it's giving code 34 for maf. It runs really rich and sputters when giving it gas I've but a new maf sensor , translator and tried a new chip. All wires look good. Could it be the ECM gone bad and is there anyway to test it?

How old are your injectors? Is the ECM power wire shorting out on something?

Injectors are one year old and ECM power wire looks find.
